Summary
I have long felt that what transpired on the show regarding Dukat's character after he lost his daughter was most dissatisfying. This writing will serve as a momentary attempt at rectifying this dreary situation. Originally planned as a longer series, however my inability to plot got in the way. As it is, it stands as a one shot scene, something I felt was badly, badly needed for both characters, and especially to show respect sorely lacking for Kira's grief after Ziyal passed away.
