It's slow. The boy is trying not to damage the costume's head, moving his hair to the sides, sweat falling from his forehead. Dongmin senses his ears reddening at it, especially at the boy's big sparkling eyes now facing him. "Oh, it's you." The stranger says with shaky breath- he must have been suffocating inside of it, which, for Dongmin's bad luck, is stupidly hot.
Or, Dongmin has never celebrated Christmas.

Summary
This is the Dongmin he left behind, the child who saw the different shapes of the birds around him, and didn’t stop himself from playing the music he wanted. Nevertheless, it’s a Dongmin with an averted stare, aiming to keep him in place.
Or, Dongmin’s parents want him to get back on track and decide to take him back to his hometown. Far from his half-written scoresheets, forbidden wants and a chance to retrieve his old self. (Or to fall in love with a town boy, who knows?)
