Summary
“We may not be dating anymore, but I know how you drench yourself in your mate’s scent.”
“Well, if you hadn’t cornered me here—”
“I didn’t corner you—”
“If you hadn’t cornered me here, hyung and I would already be busy fixing that.”
“Hyung?”
“You do know you’re not the only man older than me in my life that I’m close with, right?” Not that he even is in Jisung’s life anymore. It’s been two years. However, not two years long enough that Jisung doesn’t remember how Minho used to metaphorically snap his teeth at anyone who Jisung dared to call hyung in his presence that wasn’t him.
It definitely doesn’t still get Jisung hot under the collar, and he’s definitely not testing to see if it still gets Minho to bite.
OR: Jisung broke up with Minho two years ago, and Hyunjin and Jisung are bound in a fake engagement. And Jisung’s really not great at lying.
And they’re all stuck on a cruise ship together.
Awesome.

Summary
There’s a chuckle from above, a low register that has Minho having to remind herself they are in the middle of bickering and not somewhere deep in her fantasies. “I mean, my one plan to even establish the club beat out your—how many was it? Six years of planning?”
Minho licks her teeth, keeping her eyes fixed on the floor. She sees Jisung settle into the chair next to her out of her periphery, callus worn hands smoothing out her long skirt before they settle neatly in her lap.
“You know damn well it was only four,” Minho mutters.
A faux gasp sounds off, loud enough for Minho to feel a few other teachers' eyes lock onto them. It makes her finally look up at Jisung’s face again, too.
Jisung shakes her head, tutting.“Cursing on school grounds, and at a fellow teacher at that? Gosh, I might just have to report you, Mrs. Lee.”
Minho smiles with as much sarcasm as Jisung’s voice drips. “Bite me, Han.”
OR: Chan gets sick, leaving the anime club without a teacher to lead for the entire month. Minho is thrilled at the opportunity but unfortunately so is her arch nemesis: music teacher Han Jisung.

Summary
“Y’know, you really talk a big game, when all it takes to keep you still is a little force in the locker room. Are you that helpless without your guard dogs?” Jisung tilts his head to the side as he speaks, blinking his eyes with faux sympathy.
The urge to act like a dog himself and bite gives Minho whiplash. He tightens his grip on Jisung’s shoulders and slams one of his padded legs into Jisung’s knee instead, a groan escaping the younger’s lips instantly. Minho takes the chance to switch their positions, slamming him into the lockers with much more force than necessary. The sound echoes in the room as Jisung shuts his eyes and leans his head back with a curse, chest heaving.
“I know I’ve been cordial on the ice and everything, Han, but don’t you forget that I don’t like you as much as you don’t like me,” Minho begins. Jisung keeps his eyes shut, head still tilted to the ceiling. Minho jostles him against the locker. “Look at me when I’m speaking.”
Jisung still doesn’t open his eyes, laughing instead as he says, “Fuck you.”
OR: The one where Jisung hates Minho, and Minho hates Jisung. Too bad they're stuck on the same hockey team now.

Summary
But Jesus Christ none of that could compare to what was before Minho now.
Jisung was in a black tank top that clung to his sweaty figure, hands that Minho didn’t remember being so veiny were sprawled across the back of the couch, digging into the frame where he was supporting his heaving figure. His head was dropped between his shoulders and his hair hung around his face like a dark curtain, drops of sweat dripping off his hair like rain, some of them falling and curving down the path of his neck.
And holy fuck.
When did Jisung ever smell this fucking good? This fucking strong? Maple and smoke and chocolate intertwine with each other in a dangerous amalgamation that soars point blank into Minho’s stomach.
The low hot pain swoops through his gut again, this time even stronger.
Oh no.
No, nononono no.
Dr. Hwang’s voice echoes in the back of his mind. He wishes he could ignore it again.
This can’t actually be happening right now.
OR: Minho's doctor forces him off suppressants leading to one of the strongest heats he's ever had.

Summary
If you had told Minho in high school that he would be running his grandfather's record shop when he was 25, he probably would have laughed in your face. If you then told him that Jisung wasn't anywhere in the picture, he definitely would have. Reality, however, doesn't change despite what he assumed in the past. He was tethered to the secluded town of Seutabyu and nothing could make it otherwise. It was just how life went.
Enter: One Han Jisung.
Ex-resident daredevil Jisung returns to his hometown in a storm one hot spring night after a violent departure six years prior, completely flipping Minho's world on its axis.
Minho was tethered to Seutabyu and nothing could make it otherwise, but suddenly he doesn't feel so confident repeating the mantra.
Or: The one where Jisung teaches Minho how to fly.
