Summary

Summary
Now that he's looking for it, Yuuji can feel it: the words are etched into him, woven into his muscles and carved into his bones. Start by saving me, Itadori. Yuuji promised he would, so now he must.
The burning pain is starting to come back again. It begins in his chest this time, slightly to the right. Yuuji swallows, reaching up to press his hand against it.
So, he thinks dazedly, as the universe begins to take him apart. This is what happens when you break a Binding Vow.

Megumi dies in Shinjuku. Yuuji is thrown back in time to save him. Again, and again, and again.
(Or: Yuuji says “I’ll save you, Fushiguro” and the universe says “bet.”)

"He's pushed. He stumbles over the edge of the building, his legs working against him. He’s falling. He can hear a panicked scream from Megumi. He can only hope Kugisaki is still breathing. He exhales just as he hits the ground. His skin sinks into him. His bones make a sickening sound as they crush under him. His blood flows freely out of him. His muscles spasm and then quit. All for a few seconds.
Five seconds.
And then he’s gasping awake to pounding on a door and falling over his bed."
(CHARACTER DEATH IS ONLY TAGGED BECAUSE ITS A MAIN POINT IN THE PLOT. HES GONNA DIE A FEW TIMES. ITS NOT PERMANENT. PLEASE DONT BE SCARED.)
OR-- An Itafushi time loop story with Yuji angst written by an author who loves those two a little too much and enjoys Nanami's face (very obvious). The author also enjoys the father/son dynamic of Gojo and Megumi/ Yuji and Nanami. The author also loves yapping. She talks a LOT. Beware. She can't help but insert her own opinions into her stories.
