Summary
"Upon hearing your song, I couldn't tell if the nightmare turned into a dream or if I woke up in the most beautiful way imaginable."
Wangshu Inn is known for its hospitality. At night, however, it's an entirely different story. The inn has its own share of horrors and mysteries. However, most striking of them all is the lone room at the top of the inn where a vengeful spirit is rumoured to inhabit. Every visitor meets another nightmare; the room has to be sealed away like a distant memory — that is, until a bard from another land decides to visit. Who knows what doors he might unlock with his songs?

Summary
After getting himself into fights time and time again, Xiao's father encourages him to channel his energy somewhere else. Without any luck, Xiao has tried numerous pursuits -- calligraphy, pottery, theatre, and a lot more. Music is the only option left unchecked. Before he knows it, he's being signed up for violin lessons under a strange virtuoso named Venti.
Alternating back and forth Xiao's diary entries and Venti's perspective, the story revolves around the two of them sharing a bond in-between reading sheet music and initiating conversations about what it means to have everything figured out in life.

Summary
Every year, when the lanterns of Liyue Harbor soar with the wind, the Anemo Archon plays a game to see which one would fall first. Since all great storytellers are eavesdroppers as well, Venti listens to the wishes left over the lanterns. Somebody wishes for enough money to buy a gold heirloom. Another wishes for their son to become a lawyer. A lover to respond to a letter. A father to return home to see their child walk for the first time.
However, in the sea of lanterns and wishes, Venti notices a lantern seemingly heavier and lonelier than the rest. He hears the wish left by the lantern's owner. A wish for a day to come when he will wear the mask and dance to the sound of a flute amid a sea of flowers.

When Liyue Harbor calls it a day, memories begin to roam the streets.
As the consultant of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor traverses the vibrant facade of Feiyun Slope, the tears of a grieving boy remind him of bygone days. There are memories that run deeper than the waters below the harbor -- memories of war and loss, chaos and order. And dust, alas.
Zhongli takes a stroll around the city, remembering the woman who loved the flowers more than any other.
