Summary
Luis is, unfortunately, one lucky man. He isn’t sure why the universe has allowed him to keep living with little repercussions. It makes no sense to him why he isn’t currently rotting behind bars, but he knows a large part of that reason is because of his knight in shining armor—Leon S. Kennedy.
Leon is far too good to him, much more than Luis deserves. His kindness is festering a horrible guilt in his stomach, and Luis just wants to atone for his mistakes. He wants to make it up to Leon, even if that means offering up his body and relinquishing his control.

Summary
Leon has been gone for a few days without a word of where he was headed. Luis tries not be an overly worried husband, but with Leon's condition deteriorating as the disease progresses, Luis can't help but feel as if some of this is his own fault. Thankfully, he's not the only one worried about his spouse's disappearance as Jake Muller shows up at his doorstep with concerns of his own.

Luis and Jake have a long overdue discussion about their partners' self-sacrificial tendencies and the curse looming over their heads.
