    Oscar fell in love when he was in his teens. It was easy. He fell out of love some nine or ten years later, just as easily. He never considered it a horrible tragedy, or anything special. It simply was (the emptiness inside of him was completely unrelated).

    Lando had never fallen in love, not until he was in his twenties and fighting for a World Championship with a guy who brought a single tiny suitcase around the world. It just so happened that the same guy was the object of his affections. And worst of all, Oscar was pulling away from him, slowly but surely, and Lando had no fucking clue why.

    “No, you didn’t, Mike.” Will sounds like he’s about to break down, this was his final straw and seeing the letters were the last. “Will just let me ta —“ Mike’s eyebrows furrow and now he’s getting irritated by this.
