Summary
The Resident Representative is burnt out and believes that she can't help the island that she built from the ground up anymore, so she moves away. Doing so, though, leads to the island becoming completely abandoned, and unable to visit, as, no one lives there, obviously. With no way to contact her old peers, she tries to continue living life, but she can't move on, not with the guilt of knowing that she was the reason that their perfect, worry-free life had ended.
