He just stares at her, blinking slowly.
She sighs heavily and turns fully in his embrace, arms slipping around his waist as she buries her face in his chest again. She pulls back just enough to glare up at him.
“How am I supposed to say, ‘Yes, I’m engaged’, to people when I have no ring to show for it?”
