Summary
The guys are given a case by Bobby. There is healthy young men slipping into a coma and then dying in Colorado. Whispering something about a black mass. Upon investigating the brothers come across a young lady that had awoken from a 3 year coma and somehow she is connected to this. Unknown to them, the young lady is somehow connected to Dean. But they don't know how or why.
Is Dean's time in hell coming back to haunt him? What does she has to do hell? And how and why is she connected to the young men slipping into a coma? What is this black mass has to do with all of it? Most of all, Why is Dean somehow connected to all of it? Why can't he remember?

Summary
Warning: Season 10 Spoilers Ahead
After Sam and Castiel's secrets are revealed, after Charlie's death, Dean finally snaps. He takes out the Louisiana Styne family for revenge on Charlie's life and nearly kills Castiel, who tries to stop him from leaving. The Mark is starting to have more of an affect on Dean, slowly poisoning his mind with violence and anger. So he leaves, not wanting to cause any more damage.
As a last ditch effort, Sam and Cas enlist the help of an old friend. But will she risk the peace found in her new life to help the Winchesters one last time? Or will she stay out of the matter to retain what sanity she has left?

Dean narrowly misses the nail tracks set in the road. He parks and gives a look to Sam. They know better then to intervene unless it's part of the case.
Something stops him.
Little boy. Can't be anymore then three or four. Screaming and wailing. Clawing at the police man holding him.
The infuriated scream of his mother sounding above all the noise of sirens and talking.

Based on after 10.3 Soul Surviver..Dean is cured but the demon-y tid bits remained.
Reader is in abusive relationship but Dean saves her and realizes that he has feelings of his own and that they are not lovey dovey but consuming feelings but it is too late to back out. In coming chapters it is shown that reader can cure Dean but has to pay a price. Will she pay and choose Dean or will she fall for the deanmon and refuse?
