Summary
After The Battle of Hogwarts Draco Malfoy went into hiding, fleeing trial. 10 years later he's found and sentenced to exile. He takes to wandering the Edinburgh streets feeling hopeless and alone. Summary
Their friendship is never the same again after The Prank. Remus forgives him eventually, of course, but the wall never fully comes down. Sirius is held at arms length for the remainder of their two years at Hogwarts, and then they quietly graduate and join the Order. They run across each other occasionally now and again. It’s always polite, but they never broach the distance.
Then Sirius is injured on a mission and the whole world splits apart.
