The way he had held Anxin’s hand when his fingers trembled, the leather of his red gloves cooling against the boiling anxiety in him during the live audience’s announcement for the first mission. Even when Anxin didn’t say anything.
The way Sangwon’s hands instinctively found their way to his waist, fingers brushing against his midriff in a way that never fully claimed him but lingered just on the edge of possession. The grip was never firm, never quite a proper hold, yet he could feel the subtle flexing of Sangwon’s fingers—an almost hesitant pressure, as if Sangwon was holding back from fully surrendering to the urge to pull him closer.
And now, for the first time, he dared to entertain the thought that maybe Sangwon was as into him. The possibility sent a flutter of nervous excitement through Anxin, delicate but insistent.
