It’s absolutely against the rules for Cupids to reveal themselves to their charges. And it’s even more against the rules for Cupids to have lunch with their charges several times a week, have movie nights on said charge’s couch, and develop a years-long intimate friendship. And it is absolutely, one hundred percent against the rules for Cupids to develop teeny, tiny, baby crushes on the people they’re supposed to be finding love for.
But, that’s Kara’s cross to bear; she’s always been a rule-breaker.
OR
Kara is a Cupid, assigned to find love for one Lena Luthor. The problem is, every match she tries to make fails miserably, and Lena doesn't seem bothered by it at all.

There’s a moment of silence where everyone seems to catch up to the idea. Kelly raises her eyebrows. Alex’s drink stops midway to her mouth. Nia is frowning, looking confused between the two. And Kara knows she’s got her mouth open- because she was about to ask Lena the same question, and she’s just as confused and disappointed as Nia looks right now.

“Well, I would hate for you to freeze to death in some damp, Irish hovel.” Randvi rubbed her hands against Eivor’s arms as she might on a brisk night. “That would complicate your promise to return home. In the meantime, I do not think either of us should deprive ourselves of warmth.”
“You are proposing that we invest in more furs?” Eivor teased.
