Summary
“‘I was trying to help,’ Will confesses, which is the truth.
Mike blinks at him. ‘You lied, Will,’ he says, pointedly. ‘I don’t… I don’t understand why you’d lie about something like that. Why you’d lie about someone being able to…’ His brows furrow, his voice thick and heavy as though weighted by sobs he tries to suppress, ‘about someone being able to love me like that.’
And Will almost says, stupidly, I didn’t lie about that part, but he doesn’t.”
Mike navigates through his confused feelings after El breaks up with him just a month shy of his high school graduation. Will learns to manage his own emotions while finally rebuilding his relationship with his favorite person in the world. As they find themselves, they learn to find each other in a way they are so familiar with, but ache to acknowledge.
Until, of course, they have no choice but to recognize how, despite what happens, they will always be united — in love, in hurt, in loss, and especially in grief.
Or, El dumps Mike’s ass and when Will tries to fix their relationship, something more beautiful and real is created instead.

Summary
“Could you… keep explaining what it’s like? If it’s not too weird,” he quickly tacks on. “It could help me write,” he excuses.
“Uh…”
“You don’t have to,” Bertholdt interjects at the first sound of hesitance, giving Reiner a way out.
“Uhm… no, it’s fine.” Reiner clears his throat before he goes on. “I don’t mind.”
“Really?” Bertholdt asks, amazed as if he hadn’t suggested such a thing in the first place.
“Yeah,” Reiner answers, “I guess I can start with the moment when you first kiss someone.”In which a struggle to write a sex scene turns into an intimate moment shared between Bertholdt and Reiner over the phone, forcing Bertholdt to evaluate where he and Reiner stand as friends, and Reiner to prioritize the future for once, rather than simply the now.

“He lets his eyes slide shut, and he’s acquiescing, he’s complicit, he’s —
Wanting. When David’s eyes slide shut, he lets himself lean forward, and when Exer realizes that David resides within the same realm of want that he has been suffering in for these past however many weeks (for his whole life, maybe), he finally closes the distance between them.”
What if instead of pulling away, David let himself lean in and kiss Exer?

Summary
This includes major spoilers for chapter 139 of Attack on Titan - read carefully folks ;)
“Eren?” She asks, after a minute of staring, and his stomach drops because, fuck, it’s Mikasa.
“Yeah? Do I know you?” He wants to cry as her face falls.
Liar.
Liar.
Liar.
Eren and Mikasa wake up someplace else, the memories of a past life dragging them down. This is their journey back to each other, in a world where there’s no walls, titans, or war separating them. Only fear.
This is what I like to call a quadruple-shot, based off of Frank Ocean’s White Ferrari, where they get a happy ending.
Now with an epilogue…

I can’t believed I’ve never bookmarked this???
This fic is absolutely amazing. It captures so many emotions in such a small amount of chapters. It gives EreMika a satisfying end, making everything just feel like it’s all come full circle. AHHH I love this so much -

Summary
When Will needs to get his thoughts out of his head, he writes a letter he never intends to send. He addresses it to Mike, and tells him everything.
Feeling lighter than he has in weeks and buoyed by the adrenaline of writing it all out, Will acts on an impulse and ends the letter with, "If you’d be willing to give me a chance, I’d be really happy to date you. If you’re open to trying it, please meet me in Castle Byers this Saturday at 2:00pm. I’m not asking for any promises, I’m not asking for forever or anything like that; all I’m asking is that you give me a chance. Come if you want; if not, I completely understand, no hard feelings, and I’ll never, ever mention this again."
He forgets all about the letter, and the distinctive red envelope he stowed it in, until he turns around to find it missing. Now, Will has to think of some way to stop Mike from reading that letter - or should he wait at Castle Byers on Saturday at 2:00pm and pray for a miracle?

Summary
The impossible happened: Will asked Mike to be his boyfriend. Even stranger? Mike said yes.
That's how it started. A letter, an accidental confession, a Saturday afternoon. And that? That was the easy part.
Now, what they do - what they are - is secret. Because if anyone finds out... they don't even want to imagine. Lonnie would kill them both on sight. Mike's parents would send him away to some boarding school. They'd never see each other again. They'd be marked forever. Everything would come crashing down around them.
But they try not to focus on that. They're busy, after all, trying to navigate this new relationship. Kisses, dates, prom, couples' quarrels. And in the meantime, Will has a problem on his hands; a power he needs to learn to control, before it blows up in his face.
It's a crazy end to their school year - but there's more going on behind the scenes than they realize.(This is a sequel to The Red Envelope but you don't necessarily have to have read TRE; this can be read on its own should you wish :) )

Bookmarker's Notes
So, I could go on and on about this fanfiction. Like everything about it is beautiful. It’s a sequel to another byler fic and it handles that perfectly — it’s both its own story, and a perfect extension of its predecessor. The details, the dialogue, the prose, the events. Everything about it is so raw and whole, it rips your heart right out of your own chest and then puts it right back in there for you. It’s GWAH
utterly amazing. a masterpiece. 100/10, please read!!

Summary
Reiner and Bertholdt were too young be war machines. Too young to have shed bucketfuls of blood. Too young to be on their own in a strange land. Too young to be housed in a kind woman's home, hands roaming all over each other’s bodies while Annie slept just feet away. But when doomed to short lives and the heaviest weights upon their shoulders, why did it matter how fast they grew up? They stopped being children the day guns were placed in their small hands.
