Apparently Damara had developed a habit of going commando back when she was with Rufioh. Something kinky, something about easy access. Meulin had laughed at her confession, unsurprised, and Kurloz had asked with a shit-eating grin why Meulin never did that for him.
"I totally would if I knew you wanted me to," she said, and it wasn't a lie. It's not really something she'd ever considered, though. She passed the blunt in her hand to Kurloz, whose eyes were dark, almost black in the cool evening light.
"Nah," he said. "I don't believe you."
