Summary
Professor Keating was aware of just how special his connection with his students was. He knew they saw him not only as a teacher but also a mentor, and he tried his best to rise up to the task. He knew he was out of his depth, however, when a pair of his best students confessed to him what they felt for each other.
This, he was not equipped to handle. He could only keep their secrets and hope.
