A choked sob left his throat and his eyes burned as he looked at the monster before him in devastated confusion before it dawned on him. Of course. Magic didn’t work at the TVA. They had told him a dozen times. He had no power here and the remnants of Odin’s power could only last so long. He clenched his fists and shut his eyes tight in despair, horrified at having to be in this monstrous form.
