Summary
Shane should hate his twin brother, Hudson; he’s arrogant, abrasive and honest-to-god an asshole, but Shane can’t stop thinking about him.
Especially when they’re alone together at night.
Or: Hudson and Shane get off together (in a not-so brotherly fashion).

Summary
Shane's heart drops as he watches a 250 pound wall of muscle brutally tackle Ilya to the ice and hit him, hard, landing one blow square on his jaw and another closer to his right eye. The altercation is short-lived as even the Detroiters have enough sense to help the Centaurs restrain their captain. Ilya stays limp for a few seconds, which to Shane feels like hours, before he props himself up on his elbows, spits out blood and starts laughing in the face of an enraged Detroit captain.
or
Ilya ragebaits a little too close to the sun, and Shane is stressed out.

Summary
After the longest season of his career, Ilya retreats to the cottage with Shane, expecting rest, recovery, and a month of stolen peace. Instead, exhaustion lingers. Small things feel wrong. And the body that has always carried him through pain begins to falter in ways he can’t explain.
As concern grows and outside eyes begin to notice, the life Ilya and Shane have carefully built—careers, borders, futures—starts to feel fragile. When a medical crisis shatters their summer before answers arrive, love is no longer something they protect quietly. It becomes something they fight with.
A story about what happens when the body speaks before you’re ready to listen, and the people who refuse to let you face it alone.
