Summary
The last time Wemmbu walked into Parrot’s shop, he wasn’t wearing netherite armor.
He was a diamond-clad knight, transparent figure shrouded in a veil of mystery—a ghost capital city praised a hero.
But now, he walks under a ringing windchime, his long locks flowing behind him with every step, golden sun of the Law blazing on his chestplate. Not invisible, but not truly himself either.
“Yo Parrot, just here to run some errands,” he spoke. It wasn’t the god horrible voice changer he’s grown accustomed to—it was him, Wemmbu in the flesh. Unveiled, skin visible under his armor, the man before him wasn’t the Invisible Knight, but the living, breathing Wemmbu he knew.
The sight made Parrot forget how to breathe.

Wemmbu raised a brow in suspicion. “Yeah? And what is this ‘genius idea’?”
Though the caracal’s smile grew wider, there was hesitance in the way he paused. A struggle in the way he drew the words out of his mouth, presenting the idea warily with an uncertainty that came with dealing with a high-risk prisoner like Wemmbu.
“I want you to work for me.”

“...what.” the demon deadpanned, face falling in shock. He could only muster an incredulous laugh, so baffled he could barely form a sentence. “I—what? What makes—haha—what makes you think I’d work for you???”

Lettuce saw the blood.

On his hands, on his armour, on his weapons and his tools everything and anything that he touched-
He rubbed his skin raw trying to wash it off, his previously lustrous fur dull and fadedfrom the guilt.
but it never left.Wemmbu lifted his head as far up as he could.
And through a weak, gravelly voice, whispered as loud as he could (not very loud), pushing through the pain.
“I’m sorry.”

Summary
Wemmbu doesn’t want to keep organizing all this stuff, but after three chests Boosfer somehow still is in his room. He doesn’t know what he’s doing or what he’s planning but Wemmbu really doesn’t want to find out. He considers doing something else or going to Boosfer’s room but if he has to see that color one more time he might actually go insane.
