Summary
It's been nearly three years since Vecna was defeated, and things went back to normal - well, as normal as it can be for former residents of Hawkins, Indiana. Living in a new town, with new jobs and new lives, Steve, Eddie, and Robin are three friends figuring out the real world just as they'd figured out alternate ones. Steve is starting to think there may be a reason his dating life hasn't worked out. Eddie is hoping his long term crush may not be as unrequited as he thinks. Summary
Steve must sound and look as confused as he feels because Eddie softens, shoulders slumping like he’s getting ready to bare his soul and accept the consequences.

Why is Eddie speaking in riddles? They’re not near a goddamn bridge. He's always blatant. Says what’s on his mind whenever he wants to say it. Ideas, desires, insults, profanity, jokes, demands, etc. He’s a horse with no bit, a dog with no muzzle. Usually. But he’s holding Steve’s gaze like he’s waiting for Steve to receive a signal. A flashing light flickers inside the lighthouse of his eyes, urging Steve on a sandy shore to pick it up.

Summary
Relief flooded him, so strong his knees almost buckled. Dustin was on the ground, kneeling—or crawling?—near the wire fence surrounding the trailer park, the demobats scattered around him. Steve thanked the heavens as he approached. Dustin seemed relatively unharmed, upright and moving, but where was—
"Steve, help!"
Steve went breathless in shock, and this time his legs gave out completely, as he crumpled to the ground. Dustin wasn't crawling—he was doing chest compressions. And there, splayed before him in a mangled mess of torn skin and pooling blood, was Eddie.OR Steve saves Eddie’s life, but the aftermath leaves him shaken. With the town sealed off, they’re trapped in a new reality of quarantine, grief, and feelings that grow harder to ignore.

Summary
Steve and Robin get a two bedroom in Hawkins. It's perfect, except for all the ways it isn't. Drafty windows, clogged drains, shitty landlord. But it's got a couch. A couch that's often occupied by Eddie Munson. Home isn't really the kind of thing Eddie has much of anymore, ever since his trailer became the primary source for all his nightmares. Luckily, he knows of a semi-comfortable couch where he's always welcome.
Despite all it's problem, the house has perks. Primarily, it's somewhere Steve can actually call home. Secondarily, it's somewhere he can share with the people he loves.
AKA: The fruity four live in a convoluted roommate situation, and romance happens along the way.

Summary
The only part of the trip that gave Steve any hesitation was Eddie’s involvement. Five days in the woods with the kids? No problem, Steve was practically built for that kind of stuff. Backwoods camping without any access to resources? No sweat, Steve hadn’t become an Eagle Scout for nothing. But five days alone with Eddie? That was unknown territory.
AKA: A camping fic wherein feelings are explored, trees are climbed, and Steve and Eddie maneuver through unspoken rules of friendship.
