Summary
In this imagined Season Two, Sidney Parker is still alive (and very much engaged), James Stringer is rebuilding Sanditon, and a mildly depressed Charlotte Heywood is borne back to the seaside resort under unusual circumstances.
I've always wondered if I could write a Stringer fic that was tender enough, passionate enough, and convincing enough, according to the original characters, for Charlotte to choose James over Sidney. It's going to be quite a ride, and I hope I pull it off.
Sidlotte and Heybourne lovers may wish to steer clear, but if you wish Leo Suter had returned and are Stringlotte curious, then welcome aboard! :)

Hey all! :) I'm in a major writing slump, and writing fanfic always seems to get me out of it. :)
I'll always adore S1 of Sanditon, but I also really, really loved S2! I'm enjoying catching up on some of the Heybourne fic that's being written. :) I'm not planning to write a full one of my own, but I thought it might be fun to write a couple "deleted scenes" I wish had been in S2.
Here's one that I envision taking place between episodes 2 and 3.
