“man, have i been looking forward to meeting you.”
he pauses to lick his lips, and jaehyun narrowly avoids falling to his knees.
“and you sure didn’t disappoint,” johnny continues, his voice taking on just enough of a purr to make the words feel like a secret, eyebrows raising in a manner that jaehyun can only classify as infuriatingly attractive. “this outfit is really something … i should be pissed that you have the nerve to look better than me at my birthday party.”
barely managing to collect himself enough to form coherent sentences, jaehyun smiles coyly at johnny, nipping his lower lip. “i’m flattered,” he replies, “but i have to disagree. you’re clearly the star of the show, birthday boy.”
