Aiah looks up from her notebook, an eyebrow raised. After a few more seconds of silence, Mikha raises a brow back at her.
“What?”
Mikha really does not like the smirk that's starting to form on Aiah's lips- doesn't like how Aiah leans closer to her as if she's about to say the most ridiculous thing ever.
"So, cute si Robles to you?"
The pencil falls from Mikha's hand. Her face turns as red as her hair as she stares at her best friend with eyes as round as the pancakes she makes for herself every morning.
"HA? ANO?”
Mikha Lim hates Jhoanna Robles, and Jhoanna probably hates Mikha too. That's really all there should've been to them. Keyword: should've.

Ganyu pulls down her mask. "Keqing?" she repeats, mouth slightly parted.
She tries to smile. It comes out more like a grimace. "Hi."
Ningguang purses her lips. "Do you know each other?"
"No," says Keqing quickly. "No. We don’t."
It turns out six years after they've cut off all communication is when everything begins.

Summary
Furina needed a break.
That much was well apparent to her friends so they dragged her out on a beach vacation. Some time away to disconnect from the stressful world would surely help her relax. That and an old book that she stumbled upon in Neuvillette's library.
Things start to get a bit weird when places and people from the story start to creep into the real world. Furina just needs to make it to the end of the book, and ultimately the vacation, before the ocean's call drags her under.
Arlecchino looked at her in a way that started to worry Furina. Was she appraising her? After that little outburst she really shouldn't be surprised. She has a business to run and Furina suddenly shouting doesn't fit the atmosphere.
“You should be careful with strange songs coming from the ocean, Miss. Furina.” Arlecchino seemed to center herself and turn back to the drink she was making for her. “I've heard of tales of people getting drawn out to sea never to be seen again.”
