Summary
It’s simple, really.
There’s what Heeseung and Jake are now: friends, former bandmates, two people who both made the choice to step out of the spotlight, two people that have been sleeping together on and off for nearly a decade now, two people that are almost certainly in love with each other, but still refuse to admit it, still keeping up the same unconvincing game of pretend that they’d started when they were too young to know how it would end – or that it wouldn’t end at all.
And then, there’s what they should be: according to Riki, nothing at all.

Summary
“Ni-ki’s had a crush on all of us, at one point or another. Except you, hyung, now that I think about it.”
“Me hyung?” Sunghoon had asked, pointing dumbly at himself, even though he already knew, because as Sunoo had flippantly described the way to deal with being the object of Riki’s affections, Sunghoon distantly realized that he had absolutely no idea what he was talking about.
“Yes you, hyung,” Sunoo had sighed, not actually seeming that irritated, a glint of something knowing in his eye that Sunghoon didn’t like one bit. “Don’t take it personally. Maybe you’re next.”
Sunghoon did take it personally. And he also took the second half of Sunoo’s sentiment as a threat.
or: Sunghoon realizes that he’s the only hyung Riki hasn’t had a crush on yet, and he can’t quite figure out what exactly is taking him so long to change that.

”Just try it, Riki. If you don’t like it you can always cut it.” Jungwon said. “Come on, do it for hyung?”
He was looking down at him with big, imploring eyes and Riki had always struggled not to give in when Jungwon gave him that look.
He nodded and watched as Heeseung sent the stylist and her scissors away.
“It’ll look great, you’ll see.” Jungwon promised before tangling his fingers into the hair at Riki’s nape, pulling on the strands with a little more force than usual.

Summary
Riki doesn’t know a lot of things, but he does know two things for certain right now:
1.) He’s not presenting as an alpha
2.) He’s not presenting as an omegaHe squeezes his eyes shut—a futile attempt at calming himself down—and rakes a hand through his hair as he sits up in the bed. Nothing. He feels fine. Slowly, he brings his hand up to his neck again, rubbing it against his scent gland, feeling the heat radiating off of his skin. The scent is faint as he pulls his hand away and meekly smells it, finding the same muted scent that he still can’t identify. But it’s there, nonetheless. Okay, so he knows three things for certain:

Riki presents as a beta, having to hide his true secondary gender from the public, all while being in love with a certain alpha that he can't have.

Summary
When Heeseung and Jongseong inexplicably fall in love after years of petty rivalry, Riki feels like his world is ending. When Jungwon Yang suggests that they start dating in order to win over their respective crushes, Riki feels like his world has been flipped upside down. He knows that fake dating is dumb in theory, and even dumber in practice. But despite only barely being able to tolerate Jungwon, Riki has never been able to resist a bad idea. It’ll be a fun challenge — finding out just how far they’ll go to commit to the bit.
