Anakin Skywalker had never seen Obi-wan as broken as he was after Kadavo. So when Obi-wan is captured on Jabiim with Leia, they are enslaved in Vader's fortress on Mustafar. Vader is determined to show Obi-wan what it was like growing up as a slave, and unfortunately, Leia presents the perfect opportunity to do that.
