Summary
Mike turns around and freezes in place, staring straight at Will from across the room that’s now lit up yellow. His eyes roam up and down Will’s body with a certain curiosity—a discovery, maybe, like he’s learning something new. His throat bobs as he swallows, lips parted, and his eyebrows twitch almost too subtly to see. Just a little flick upwards.
“I, uh,” Mike begins, “I can see you now.”
Will smiles. It’s a so-very-Mike thing to say. “I can see you, too.”
or, six times Mike gives Will mixed signals, and one time it comes through clearly.

Dean’s dreams were almost always made of Hellfire and the constant scent of sulfur. The knife piercing his skin, digging into his flesh as he begged for it all to end felt real, just like when the blade was in his hand, being used against another screaming soul strapped to the rack, Alastair crooning praise as he ripped and hacked, more bloodthirsty monster than man.

Summary
Is there any logical way he could justify this once they pull apart? Probably not. But the glaringly easy solution to that is just to never move. Dean could stay like this for a while he thinks. Especially if it got him out of the consequences of his actions.
He wonders if he could play it off as some weird human tradition that Cas just wouldn't understand. He reckons he could swing that pretty easily.
He's still got a bone to pick with whoever told Cas that eating Nutella straight out of the jar wasn't a customary Tuesday night occurrence.
It was probably Sam.
