Summary
In preparation for one of London’s hotter summers, sixteen year old Regulus Black finds himself in need of somewhere to spend it. As sulking and spending it indoors has been forbidden by both his mother and friends, a bit of peer pressure and convincing was as much as it took to convince Regulus to put his lifeguarding qualifications to use.
To make matters worse, his brother’s obnoxious best friend works at the same pool. The sun outdoors is scorching hot – it doesn’t help that Regulus finds James hot, too.

When James Potter gets broken up with, on the same week he looses his job, his friends have one solution for him. Making him backpack Europe and work for a place to stay. Fortunately, he finds in France a huge house to stay in in exchange of gardening work for two months. Unfortunately, the house is owned by the catholic family whom his best friend ran away from. And one person living in this house catch his attention even if he shouldn’t.

It is a soft European summer fanfiction with lots of religious guilt, lots of angst, but lots of love as well.

Summary
Regulus Black doesn't do sentiment. He does spreadsheets, brake times, and a withering stare that can lead to even team principals stumbling for their words. Ice-cold, allergic to small talk. -until Ferrari's most beloved, most chaotic driver spends four months badgering the team principal just to get Regulus as his race engineer.
James Potter is everything Regulus isn't: warm, reckless, adored by literally everyone. He's also been best friends with Regulus's brother making him a permanent fixture in Regulus's life whether Regulus likes it or not. (Regulus does not like it. Regulus is lying.)
Now they're on the same side of the garage for a season or until Regulus rips his eyes out- whichever comes first, and James has decided "professional distance" is a personal challenge. Lap by lap, the wall Regulus spent his whole life building starts to crumble -and not even his precious data saw it coming.Series
