Summary
Two years since he found out about Seiji's illness, Touma's graduated from medical school and is now employed at a large pharmaceutical company. He and Seiji both reflect on the past, while trying to figure out what their present may be.
This is my creative interpretation of what happened in the events leading up to "At The Stars" by morphaileffect. I highly recommend reading their fanfic first.
