So shortly after meeting, Louis told Harry that he could be whoever he wanted. Hearts tied; he would never let the love of his life forget how beautiful he was. But H found that some aspects of his life he had to explore alone, see through his own delicate point of view. Summary
Bucky Barnes is not the best at first dates. He's never needed to be. Does it make it any better that his suitor is the man who has been at his side through all of it, as his universe literally fell apart? He doesn't think so. At best, it gives the whole thing a bleak familiar tone he's not very fond of. It's trepidation, the not-so subtle voice in Bucky's head, reminding him of how heavy of a burden he's become.
May the gods of romantic songs and comedies help him.
