Summary
While traveling through Australia, Eiji Hino encounters an alien scientist who resurrects Ankh as a human. The scientist asks for Eiji and Ankh's help to defeat a member of his species that has acquired a set of core medals and intends to use them to destroy the human race. In order to stop this enemy, the scientist takes Eiji and Ankh to meet Yusuke Godai, the legendary Kamen Rider Kuuga. Meanwhile, an investigation into Foundation X ends up getting Shotaro Hidari and Philip drafted into an effort by Interpol to retrieve the very set of core medals being used by the enemy Eiji and Ankh have been asked to defeat. Elsewhere, Kotaro Minami begins working for a wealthy family, and in doing so meets a pair of young women with unrequited feelings for one another.
Unbeknownst to these five heroes, the enemy at work behind the scenes intends to use the core medals and these two poor girls to create a destructive force that will bring Tokyo to its knees and perhaps bring ruin to the entire human race. The chain of events that follow will soon become known as the Tiger Lily Incident.
