    Summary

Brad and his emotions have an understanding: he doesn't talk about, or think about, anything that might affect his combat effectiveness, and his emotions do whatever the fuck he tells them to.

    Bookmarker's Notes

Ray's an expert on Brad's sulks. Given the severity of the snit multiplied by Brad's stubbornness divided by the probability of the LT showing up to drag Brad's ass out added to the certainty that someone is going to fuck something up enough that Brad is going to be needed to be all heroic and Brad-like, Ray estimates Brad will be out in about four hours. Give or take eight minutes.

Still, if Ray can't fuck with Trombley, there's just no point in living.

    Summary

He’s seen Aitor Cardoné on enough billboards, spread across enough magazines, writhing around his television screen in enough commercials, but it doesn’t hit until he sees him in person. He’s beautiful. Inhumanely, otherworldly beautiful. The kind of beauty that’s too perfect, that’s intimidating and frightening and draws you in like quicksand. Even with his hair in stupid little braids, even when he looks bored to death with all of them, even — god, fuck, especially when he’s got an all-over sheen of sweat after training.

Aitor is beautiful, and as with everything else Potro finds beautiful, he’s immediately obsessed.

    Bookmarker's Notes

What is it like, playing with Aitor Cardoné? What does this mean for the Cuervos? Did you ever dream this would happen to you?

    Bookmarker's Notes

How had he ever forgotten what it felt like right before he was about to jump? It was exactly like this.
