Summary
“Do you think there’ll be anything left?” Seonghwa asked. He rolled onto his side, studying the rise and fall of Hongjoong’s chest. “After the war, I mean.”
“I doubt it,” Hongjoong said. He was close enough that Seonghwa could see the pores in his cheek, the faint stubble along his jaw.
“Maybe the rain will destroy what the war doesn’t,” Seonghwa whispered, “and it’ll just be us left.”
Hongjoong’s gaze dropped to his mouth.
“Maybe, pretty boy.”

Summary
The truth is, it’s been a little difficult to be around Hongjoong these past few months. In a way, it’s Seonghwa’s own fault, for wanting things he can’t have and getting his hopes up over and over again, just to have them crushed like a dry, brittle leaf in the palm of his hand, looking as the dust flies away with the wind. He should’ve known, watching the play of light on the waters of Lake Como, that some things weren’t meant to be.
Before the last concert of their North American tour, Seonghwa and Hongjoong spend five days at an upscale villa in Los Angeles. Those five days change everything. It's been a long time coming.

“What do you think you’ll be doing when you’re forty?” Hongjoong asked.
Wooyoung’s smile faded. “I don’t like to think about it,” he admitted. “My line of work has an expiration date.”
Hongjoong rolled onto his side to face him. “You could dance until you’re ninety,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper. “I’d still come see you.”
But as he said it, his heart sank. He’d be dead by then.

Summary
Choi Seungcheol-ssi, Mina had said with an encouraging smile. Not one of the more memorable members of his group as far as Jeongyeon is concerned. She likes Boo Seungkwan well enough, especially the way he still grovels at Momo’s feet for a mistake he made forty-five thousand years ago. Gay or not, more men should be like that.
“Kissing?” Seungcheol asks now. Jeongyeon wants to be taken out back and shot.
“Good with me,” chirps Mina.
“No,” grits Jeongyeon.
“Okay,” says Seungcheol.
