Rachel’s halfway through the term paper she’s been wrestling with for weeks when he materializes out of thin air. He didn’t appear in front of her, but she knows it’s him. It’s always the same feeling when he’s around. Is it butterflies? Warmth? Resignation? She’s not really sure, but at this point, she’d rather deal with him than more of this academic misery.
