Summary
With some of the trolls and kids rescued from the Condesce's grasp, they have newfound time to dig into their past and discover secrets about their origins: clues that will come in handy when they launch their final assault upon her and rescue their friends still held captive. There is no love lost between the trolls though, and they must learn to work together before they can begin to form a plan.
But they have to hurry, as before long the sea witch will also release her final wave of destruction on the earth.
Their only choice is to meet her at the top of the Saltwater Tower before it is too late.The story is sci-fi and dystopian mostly, with adventure, romance and a Battle Royale/Hunger Games feel to it, set on Earth in roughly 2090.

Summary
At the expense of another, Vriska, Tavros, Sollux and their mentor, the Handmaid, escape from the Retainment Organisation through a series of extensive tunnels from the past nuclear war, just as the tidal wave to destroy earth hits. Tensions run high in the team due to Vriska's murder of Aradia, and without the removal of the near microscopic tracking devices, Team Eight will never truly be safe.
Meanwhile, those still held captive suffer the blow of losing friends, but must continue their work, even if said work risks their lives.
All twelve realise soon, however, that their time with the Condesce has changed them, perhaps into the monsters people insist they are.The story is sci-fi and dystopian mostly, with adventure, romance and a Battle Royale/Hunger Games feel to it, set on Earth in roughly 2090.

Summary
Having fought for their right to live, Vriska, Tavros and Sollux, and the other Beta trolls have now been accepted into the Retainment Organisation, and must now begin their training to take their place as the Condesce's best soldiers. They must fight against one another to crown the best team, a situation only made worse at the invention of the tyrian fog, a drug that causes increased aggression in almost all the mutants, not to mention the meddling to regain the body parts lost in these fights.
But with rumours of an apocalyptic flooding of the planet by the Condesce, time is running out for a chance to escape.The story is sci-fi and dystopian mostly, with adventure, romance and a Battle Royale/Hunger Games feel to it, set on Earth in roughly 2090.

Summary
A nuclear war happened in the past, and though civilisation has since recovered, a number of children have been born with strange symptoms from the radiation released.
Vriska is an ordinary human who finds herself turning into a grey skinned, horned mutant and is taken, along with other mutants, by the Condesce to what humanity believes to be a containment facility, though in reality they are being conditioned into soldiers.
