Summary
The nautiloid ship abducting Inna was a blessing in disguise.
As a child she was taken from the streets of Baldur’s Gate and raised in a secluded convent near Candlekeep in the ways of honoring Oghma. But all her peers and elders saw when they looked at her, was a drow - born to be wicked and beyond redemption. When Inna's protector Nyssara passed away, there was nothing left to shield her from the abuse until the Illithids came and took her away - inadvertently introducing her to a gentle wizard who stole her heart.
All Inna ever wanted was to be loved for who she was.Just before entering the Shadow-cursed lands Inna has a tender moment with Gale under the stars and realises she is in love with him, but Astarion and his charms are always around the corner.
