Summary
In your mind, and his, there is no act more romantic than the person you entangle yourself with giving you such intense and intimate care. It made you want to cut your arm open with a knife or large piece of broken glass just to feel what he feels during those quiet, copper-scented nights. A sink full of blood for a dizzy kiss over your gauze. It’s thoughts like those that keep your knife block in constant peripheral vision. It’s medical dramas with sappy plot lines that keep drifting your mind onto something worse. A clumsy fall out of your window, an accidental bone snap, a consistent source of attention from the man you adore.
