In this universe Cuddy and House date until Rachel was going on seven But the relationship crumbled for the same reasons as the show but far less dramatic (no cars crashing into homes type shit). Cuddy had only casually dated since then pouring herself into work and her child.
Rachel is now 14 years old and dealing with being a teenager. House seems to start to matter more.
