Do I personally think Luffy is asexual? Yes.
Do I dislike ZoSan because they tend to be ooc? Yes.
Do I usually not read M/M because of a glaring lack of lube and consent? Yes.Is this the single most awesome and amazing portrayal of these three discovering their sexuality I've ever read and everything I could ever want from such a fic? Also very much yes.
Now go and read, it's deep, full of character development and oh my god the emotions! Also if that doesn't convince you, it's hot as fuck!

So, if you're here, because you read my stuff you might be surprised to see me rec a fic with a Franky & Robin tag, but, hear me out! This relationship is not the focus of this fic.
This is a beautiful analysis of characters and relationships, of past hurt and healing, and I really think you should give it a try. You'd really miss out if you skipped it because there's mention of a ship you don't like. I wish I could write like this.

The Straw Hat pirates found themselves making an unexpected stop in the New World, and it was on this nondescript island that the wayward swordsman met an ill-tempered ninja. Their chance encounter launched the Straw Hat crew on a new journey, one that would surely end in death or infamy, and in Zoro's case, probably both. Assuming the shitty ninja didn't murder him first.

Summary
Nice Robin is a crewmate, a nakama, and an intelligent woman. Zoro doesn't see her as anything more than that, at first. But gradually, as they travel, that starts to change. As he sees more facets of this carefully guarded woman, he can't help but see her as something more. (This is a slow romance that will wind itself in and out of the anime, agreeing with canon.)

In general this fic is adorable and characters are in character but there's two major things I want you to know about this:
1. Don't let yourself be deterred by the 1 person POV, I know it's an issue for some but you seriously miss out if you don't read. It's really well done2. This is what I had originally wanted Shôganai to be. So if you read that and are curious what it should have been before it went down the kink drain, this is the fic you should read!
