Maybe it was the tightness of Reigen's collar, blocking his glands well enough that his scent hadn't infected the air around the office earlier, or else Serizawa would definitely have noticed. There was also Reigen's terrifyingly incredible talent to pretend that everything's just fine, that had him convinced he didn't really need to worry.
