“Don’t hurt yourself,” you laugh, righting your shirt from where it’s been pulled out of place. He’s blushing so hard you could probably fry an egg on his face. “It’s fine, sweetheart. Really. Happens all the time.”
You’re lying, by the way, if it wasn’t obvious. You’ve lived your fair share of bullshit but being mistaken for a chick is absolutely a new one. But Denji flushes scarlet at the pet name, and, oh. Isn’t that interesting.
