After Galahad saves Percival from getting ambushed early in the Grail Quest, he doesn't disappear into the forest, but rides back to talk with him. They end up traveling together, and Galahad starts questioning whether he wants to find the Holy Grail after all.
Eventually they encounter Gawain and Hector, who prove tolerable as faithless sinners go. Unfortunately, Galahad finds that their influence only feeds his doubts.

Summary
Lancelot never technically lied to anybody. He was raised by a fairy in a lake. If others incorrectly assume he's a human who'd been stolen away as an infant, he can hardly be blamed for failing to offer correction.
(In which Lancelot is secretly a terrifying water fay, exposes himself to keep Gawain from drowning, and accidently takes him to the Otherworld when trying to save his life.)

Summary
Gawain stares into Lancelot’s eyes. With tender fondness, he asks, “Can I kiss you?”
Can he… Lancelot doesn’t understand at first. Then comprehension dawns, and his stomach sinks. He isn’t asking after something like a kiss to the forehead. There’s no world in which Lancelot could misinterpret the way Gawain's eyes have darkened, or how they’ve dropped to his mouth.Or, Gawain gets emotional, tipsy, and a little reckless.
Lancelot is forced to reflect upon the nature of their relationship.
