The afternoon had been a hectic one. Downpour and flooding, thankfully, no one had gotten seriously injured, Rutile slept soundly in the next room; wood cracked within fireplace, offering a lovely tune to accompany the pouring rain. Tonight, his clinic serves as a sleepover. A jingle at door sees him getting up and putting practiced smile to use:
“Coming, coming! What can Dr. Figaro do for …” Hospitality reserved for people nurtured and raised fades to a chilling disconnect; albeit dressed differently than he remembers, there’s no way he’d forget the man now standing in his doorway. Looking as reluctant as Figaro feels. Not wanting to watch rainwater and dirt trickle inside more than it has, he encourages Oz to get inside already and make certain the door is locked. Seems his afternoon is about to get more hectic than he bargained for. The taller wizard hardly has his first foot through the door before Figaro’s resuming what he suspects will be a largely one-sided conversation. “Why are you here?”
“Return to the North.”

"Now, now. What is it that they wish to give the sage?" I cut in before Cain scolds them any further. They are still northerners, so annoying them too much could result in a blow out.
"Oh, a magical beast of course~" Owen reveals with a mischievous glint in his eyes. This has to be some sort of trick or prank that Owen has convinced Mithra was a good idea. I'm not sure how, but it is a terrible idea given Mithra's inability to understand that just because he can handle something doesn't mean everyone can.
"If we give him a magical beast then he can finally get rid of that familiar that Snow and White gave him." Mithra has a hint of confidence in his tone. He really does think this is a good idea. "I'm tired of it interrupting my time with him. So I will capture a stronger magical beast to give them a better familiar."
I feel like I am going to faint. This is not only a bad idea, it's a dangerous one.
