Summary
Shota has been lonely for a long time, ever since Oboro died, really. After class 1A becomes class 2A, he is finally forced to face the feelings building inside of him toward a certain Shinsou Hitoshi. The desire is wrong, he knows that, but he can't stop himself from wanting as he learns more about his favorite student.
Hitoshi has never really felt understood, especially by his own peers. He tries to have a normal relationship, but when it crashes and burns, he realizes he needs something more. Unfortunately for him, the only man he can really see himself with is his unattainable Sensei, Aizawa. Too bad that's just a pipe dream... right?

Hanzo doesn’t know how much he wants to tell him. “Meditation.”
“Ah,” Cassidy snorts. “Yeah, you pick that up to feel better after you killed your brother?”
Cole Cassidy, as it turns out, is a long-time friend of Genji. He was there when they brought him near death into an early Overwatch, probably saw him get built back up from a chewed-out husk of a man into something new, something… different. Cassidy saw him turn from a deadly weapon into a deadlier one, got to see him built and unbuilt, got to know him long enough to figure out what it means when the green lights lining his armour dim, when the vents at the junctures of his shoulders release air, when the internal processes of his suit kick up in a whir. What the different angles of his head tilts mean, the approximate facial expressions he is making under the visor. How much of him is left under the metal plates, made anew, and unmade again.
It is only natural, then, that Cole Cassidy wants Hanzo dead.

Summary
Hitoshi was one of those people that always knew his destiny from the moment he could perceive it. From the second he saw his first heart-racing news broadcast of Heroes saving the day, he knew that was what he was meant to do.
The first day of class, he witnessed Aizawa turn into an eldritch horror to scare the shit out of his classmates, and Hitoshi had approvingly thought the man was a national treasure that he would die for.
Geisha? Himeji Castle? Kokinshū?
No.
Sensei.
The svelte, acrobatic figure flipping elegantly through the air with circling, blazing tendrils looping around and around and around behind his back like wings earned him his name. Shouta thought he resembled a phoenix more, but he supposed that didn’t fit Shinsou’s aesthetic.
Although, both birds were considered immortal. Perhaps it was good luck.
Shouta held a stony mask in place so he wouldn’t grimace or shy away when Shinsou smiled like a star and chuckled quietly.
He could hear the swans carrying on in the nearby pond and felt the kinship. Maybe some of them were black, too.
There was nothing like a conniving beta’s intermeddling.

Summary
Shouta was probably a little too drunk for this.
Because if he was sober he might have questioned why the heck has Hitoshi of all people been in that bar. He was supposed to be in America. Yet he was there, in Japan, very very happy to see him and somehow finding his way on his lap within 15 minutes of the greeting.
It's been 10 years since graduation and Shinsou decides to barge into Aizawa's life as if nothing happened. But it seems like he'll have to deal with a lot of shit catching up to him, and there's no escape from that.
