And for as long as his incorrect heart thrummed and pulsated far from the way a human one should, he told himself this. Whether it was the truth, an act of self-preservation, or a prayer, was one of the few things about Hannibal that was determined by God.Or, Hannibal is a beast with a blood-slicked maw and mind-conrolling venom that feeds on the human race in Baltimore. Will is a human of the city investigating the Chesapeake Ripper, and he lives with his wife, children, and dogs. One fateful night, Hannibal lurks into the Graham's residency, and he finds that despite Will Graham's mortal flesh, he is far from human.
