He sighed through his nose, and Yosano looked at him through the rear view mirror. Was it just his imagination, or was she smirking at him? “Don’t worry, Atsushi. It’s not going to be that scary, you just have to go in and buy one little thing.”
Ranpo snickered. Atsushi closed his eyes. This was his fault for starting bets with the both of them in the first place – he hardly ever won, and now the price was simply too high to pay. His dignity, or what remained of it, was what was left on the line. He swallowed, his face pinched like he’d tasted something sour. “What do I have to buy again…?”
Atsushi goes to buy a sex toy.
