Lately -
He’s realized there’s something deep inside of him. A long buried instinct that he more often than not chooses to ignore wholeheartedly - itching to come out.
A need. A want.
Claiming.
And with claiming now and days - it’s the omega who has to make it known that they’re ready for a potential mate. That they’re willing to let an alpha sink their teeth into their neck and claim, claim, claim.
Which means.
Kenma has to ask.
And asking for what he wants - isn’t exactly in his vocabulary. Especially when it involves Kuroo - the only alpha he’d ever consider letting bite him and claim him and keep him forever.
Because forever with Kuroo doesn’t sound terrible. In fact - it’s sort of all he wants. Badly.
So he decides to ask for what he wants….without really asking. It’s a loophole that he manages to come up with knowing that if he actually has to ask Kuroo to fuck him sideways and bite him so the entire world knows he belongs to him.
He might actually backflip off the next building he sees.

“You’re warm too,” he adds, nuzzling a little like it’s instinct.
Kiyoomi is trying very hard not to combust. His brain is muddled and his heart is nearly thumping out of his chest. No one touches him like this—not even his own family. He’s used to formal bows, carefully averted gazes, the respectful distance afforded to someone of his station.
But this—this boy, this fox—acts like personal space doesn’t exist.
Kiyoomi finally finds his voice. “A-Atsumu.”
“Mm?”
“You’re… in my lap.”
Atsumu lifts his head slightly. His ears twitch. “So?”
Kiyoomi’s breath stutters. “People don’t usually…do this. Not without asking.”
“Oh.” Atsumu blinks. Then, with zero shame, he asks, “Can I sit in your lap?”
Kiyoomi’s mouth opens. Closes. Opens again. “I… I guess it’s too late to say no.”
Atsumu grins, all sharp teeth and sunshine. “Good. I like it here.”
