Summary
A demon attacks a village on a snowy isolated mountain. A team of slayers was sent to dispose of the demon but none have returned. The master send the newly promoted hashira mitsuri to kill the demon. Although her first mission if not what she expects mitsuri pushes through and is able to complete her first mission.
And yes the demons blood art is similar to Roma's, but this demon can only manipulate ice and snow not generate it.
