She catches Titus’ eyes watching her in the mirror and scoffs at the way he looks at her like she’s perfect. “Did you dress me?”
He just shrugs.
She whips around. “I’m going to fucking kill—”
“Ah—” the Lawyer stops her, a hand resting on her uninjured shoulder— “the thing is, Mrs. Danforth, you also cannot kill him.”
She glances back at him but before she can get a word out— and, trust her, she has many— he continues. “Why don’t you take a seat? I believe we have much to discuss.”
In the mirror, she sees Titus pat the spot next to him, and closes her eyes.

Summary
Yes, Mrs. Titus Danforth is beautiful. Lesser women pay thousands to have their faces sliced open or scalps burned with bleach to look a fraction as lovely as she does. He reminds her of this when they're alone and he can take his time admiring her. Watches from the edge of the bed as she brushes her silken blonde hair or goes through her skin care routine at the vanity. Even without the Devil's favor, being Mr. Le Bail's best girl, she doesn't have to go under the knife and shed blood for beauty. But she pays in other ways.

Maybe Sukuna isn’t wrong about that, Fushiguro thinks in a daze. Itadori’s heart is too heavy and too precious. It’s a burden that shouldn’t be given to anyone else. Because even Itadori himself can’t take care of it, can’t hold onto it for the life of him because he’d rather become the vessel to the most wretched of all curses just to help two people he’s only known for a few months—to help Fushiguro, who he’d only met that night.
(I can keep it. Fushiguro’s hands move. I can hold onto it, if you want.)
Maybe Sukuna’s definition of ruin wasn’t all that wrong from what Fushiguro wanted after all. Maybe that did make him just as wretched.
But if Itadori was still willing to stay beside him, despite knowing that—
