    Summary

Ilya is an asshole to Shane in Sochi. He's an asshole again in Vegas.

Shane decides he doesn't hate himself enough to put up with this shit.

It takes everything he has, but he ends it with Ilya.

    Ilya isn't having it.

OR: What does Ilya Rozanov look like on his (figurative) knees?

    Summary

Shane fucks up his career, blocks his situationship, begins an ill-advised slut era, gets outed, traded, and forced to rebuild his life. It's kind of a worst case scenario.

Or: The consequences of Shane Hollander's slump.

    Summary

“Many NHL rookies live with veteran teammates or other young players during their first season to aid their transition, receive mentorship, and manage costs.”

Ilya just wanted to play hockey, forget about his childhood, and fuck his husband. The rookie living in his guestroom is making that very difficult.

    Summary

Shane Hollander loves his future husband. Sure, his future husband is oblivious sometimes, but he means well, and he always listens.

Ilya Rozanov thinks his future husband doesn’t understand the dark side of hockey. He’s about to learn differently.

The result: two decisions nobody who even slightly follows the NHL expected their two former rival stars to make.
