"For how long?" Megumi says, quietly.
Sukuna pulls back to examine him. "Hm?"
"For how long will you be here?"
The hand on his head briefly pauses to extend a thumb. It rubs small, even circles into Megumi's scalp. "I've been here for a thousand years, and I'll be here for a thousand more, and a thousand after that. I'll be here for as long as you need. And, if you ever leave, I'll wait however many thousands you want."

Summary
“You stink of Six Eyes”, Sukuna snarled and four eyes roved over Megumi’s body, as if to cover Gojou’s residuals.
Megumi surprised himself with his lack of panic at being grabbed by Sukuna like this. Instead, he grabbed the curse by his black-marked wrist and pulled his hand off. Sukuna didn’t put up a fight, which surprised Megumi more than his sudden appearance, but not as much as the stunned look on the King of Curses’ face.
Oh. Was it the first time for Megumi to be the one to initiate physical touch outside of battle?
